When reading the question, you can not. You need some energy to the speakers as an amplifier or stereo receiver. Run the PC audio output to stereo or amplifier. If I'm reading the question wrong and has red and black wires go to a RCA stereo, amplifier, speakers or use a mini-jack to RCA adapter available at any electronics store (see link). The mini-jack plugs into the computer audio or headphone output.
