Hello .. The problem I have is with playing video files as. avi. What happens is (and this only happens with some. Movies in AVI format), the voices are really low and I have to strain to hear Em, or increase the volume, of course, which means that when the background music or other sound effects that produce deafening sounds. Is it possible to match all that a bit? And do the voices (eg conversation) play very quiet? I have a very good 5.1 system (Altec Lansing), Intel Audio Studio, ... all speakers work n all that ... and in the Control Panel> Sounds and Audio Devices I have changed for 5.1 surround sound from your desktop speakers that it is what went before. I've also downloaded a set codec (K-Lite or something) Pls help!

Actually you can not have a 5.1 system. Do you have a center speaker, which probably would be in the top of the monitor? Most of the voices are coming through this speaker with 5.1. The 5.1 is specified with 5 speakers scheduled: front left, front center, front right, left rear, right rear, and subwoofer for the .1. If you do not have the front center speaker, you may want use a different configuration of 5.1 other windows so that the voices that run through the two front speakers. If this is not the problem, might be only the way the film was shot. As in film, music and sound effects in movies are much harder to effect / emphasis. When using stereo mode is not as noticeable, but when using 5.1 makes a big difference.
