Is there any way to connect a microphone to a speaker and amplifier set w / out a mixer?
I 2 (1200 watts) speakers and a 2000-watt amplifier. I have a mixer that only serves or click on my laptop. There is no other entry or exit of the slots (the Hercules mp3 mixer DJ Console). How can I use? Unable to connect directly to the amplifier. I tried and not working.
Most microphones use an XLR cable, and I'll assume that's what you have. 3-pin XLR. The microphone will plug into the mixer. The mixer has MAIN OUT (left and right), connecting the main mixer Outs to the left and right inputs on the amplifier. After connecting the speakers to the outputs of the amplifier. The mixer controls the gain of the microphone to the amplifier. Sure your amp up, ensure that everything is on and land.
