How electrical signals are reconverted into sound energy?
How does a speaker phone to turn electrical signals from a phone?
If there is enough energy (tension) in the signal, it can be fed into a loudspeaker in the passing through a coil of magnet wire, made of an alloy that does a good job of generating a magnetic field field. This coil fits tightly around a magnet when electric power is "flowing" in a direction that will cause the coil is magnetized with one end "north", a extreme "south", then the fixed magnet attracts or repels the coil with the effect of "like repels like", and vice versa. The cone of paper stuck to the coil moves here and there to an extent equivalent to the power of the signal through the coil, creating a sound that is produced. Without anything attached to the coil so you can roll air, no sound will be produced. There are other devices that produce sound from electrical energy (properly oriented quartz crystals, for example) - this is only the most common type of audio transducer.
