5 amp channel? 4 5x7 and 1 or 2 subs?

I have a Kenwood KDC-MP438U unit, 3 pairs of preamp outputs, 4 Infinity speakers REF6822CF 5x7/6x8 Custom Fit, and a new Kicker CVR10, im looking to get another, and a 5-channel amplifier to go with it, the sub can handle 300W RMS the 5x7 need 60 each. the submarines have dual voice coils, so you can get any needed for the amp ohm
