question about mp3 players, could use an MP3 player with speakers to replace my old stereo?
my child has destroyed Phillips my old stereo system (bits of shell stuck in the tape player, cd door is used to hold the milk bottle, etc.) So I was wondering if I could replace the entire lot with a small MP3 player connected to the speakers? This way I could download all my music from the computer and place the entire batch on a high shelf out of the way of the rascal morning. Do you think this would work? I know the sound is simply not the same, but just to be able to have some music in the living room. I know nothing about mp3's do you think this idea would work?
You put the power amplifier input for MP that has speakers Wired in it and its off.
