6x9 car speakers 6 models choice?
hii, I'm getting a new set of 6x9 speakers, I have 6 in mind gtx6930 Sony 400w 3-way Pioneer TS-450W 4 WAY or 6972ie KFC-6982IE 500w 5way Pioneer TS-a6973r 300 3way JVC CS-V6945 CS-290W 3way or HX6957X 510w 4 way I am connecting to a JVC KD-AVX44 unit directly without an amplifier, thanks
Pioneer. Sony and Kenwood are mediocre brands. That would be a great improvement over stock, however. JVC speakers are middle of the road, but it sounds good to money. But honestly, cheaper speakers, Pioneer is one of the best. Do not worry too much about the amount of "speaker forms" a ha ... mainly to marketing. You will notice that many of the expensive high-end 6x9 are only 2 or 3 way. Also, remember that they completely ignore peak / maximum power. It is totally meaningless. Just pay attention to rms nominal. Besides, it is still only power handling, and just about any speaker in the market accessories will be responsible for 20-25 watts RMS from its main unit does ...
