Car Audio CD diagnostic test for non-speakers?
I notice that at certain frequencies and audio volume on my car seems tinny sound harsh or anything. I have an 8 "subwoofer in a ported enclosure in the trunk, with 6x9 2-way speakers on the back cover, and 5" speakers on the doors. I think one of the 6x9s can be on their way out because the tin sound seems to come from the back but I can not say the speakers. Are there any type of diagnosis of CD out there that might be able to reproduce a frequency range to help me point out a broken speaker or not?
I do not think that really you need to diagnose the problem, but here is a good diagnostic disk that is useful to have.
