How to set the time for original radio in a Lumina?

Is the clock / radio that comes with the car when I bought first. I have no a manuel for the car. However, after replacing the battery, the clock is off. I know how to set up the stations, but can not find the how to change the time. This is a Chevy Lumina Euro 1991. Does anyone know what time it toy? (There are 4 buttons to program the radio station, a button to "package" of seasons, scan / seek button and the 2 knobs for volume and channel change - which also put the speakers on / off)

turn off the radio, press the Set button, then use the search / scan to adjust the hours and minutes
