What is the difference between a portable public address system for a speaker and a portable audio system for musicians?
We are a group which meets monthly in different locations and need to buy a new speaker system. We do not weigh too much. Someone told us that there is a difference and we must avoid the purchase of a system of a music store. We also said that Yamaha is our best option. I am a little leary from Yamaha, in my opinion, is a product line based on music.
With all due respect for Percival, I think it made a typographical error, the frequency range of the human voice is considered generally in the range 300 Hz (no 3000 Hz) to about 3500, perhaps higher if a little more clarity is desired.
