Bose Acoustimass 10, Pioneer Elite VSX-9 * receiver, DVD player, Sony rear projection HDTV?

Ok, I have a 60 "Sony Projection HDTV I think the series back KDS. I have a Pioneer Elite receiver VSX-9 series * from my house is wired for surround sound and speakers round along this receptor and I thought it was good for multi-room control. My DVD player is just a Toshiba upconverting standard and is connected via an HDMI cable. I pretty sure he knows how to connect the Bose to the recipient, since everything is just plug-n-play, but I'll find out. These Bose speakers mounted in the ceiling through media Bose and the walls are pre-wired wall plate little I can use banana plugs to connect the wiring. My question is, what is the most efficiently connect this together (HDMI DVD receiver, etc)? I'm sure you do not know what I'm doing (Bose's enemies do not comment please lol) to assemble the best configuration but now I know what I'm working. Thanks for any advice.

Well, no comments from me BOSE speakers. But the 9 series * all Pioneer audio support via HDMI, so it must move from DVD to your receiver, your cable box to receiver, then let your receiver change the video for you. The VSX-92TX has three HDMI inputs, so you can add a DVD player, Blu-ray and HD receiver to receiver and assign all the inputs. The VSX-94 has 4 and 91 has 2 "If you go through the TV and then to the receiver, most likely not be able to select the DTS tracks on DVD, which are ususally the best audio option.
