My Zune will not turn on, load, reset, or be recognized by my computer?

I recently received a 120 GB Zune for Christmas ... After adding just a bunch of music and a couple of movies, I went to my room and started listening to my music through my speakers that were connected to the Zune (he had a full charge). I fell asleep and woke up 30 minutes, and the music was not playing. I tried to convert me and Zune will not turn on, a place back and up and nothing happened (and yes I checked to see if it was locked or not) Then I logged onto my computer to see if it would recognize it ... but did not. So I put in my AC adapter at night to see if the load would help. I woke up and tried everything again and it would not turn on, does anyone have any suggestions for what to do?
